Hi, I’m Alice — founder of Pause Parcel, based in the heart of the UK.

The idea for Pause Parcel began during a period in my life when I was running on empty. I was pouring my energy into work, responsibilities, and other people, leaving very little for myself. I realised I wasn't alone — so many of us are stretched thin, living on autopilot, and forgetting to check in with our own needs.

I created Pause Parcel as a way to bring self-care back to the forefront — not as a trend, but as a vital part of daily life. What started as a personal act of reclaiming rest has grown into a business that champions slow living, mindful moments, and emotional well-being.
